No Cancellations After Payment

Once a payment has been successfully processed, *cancellation of the order is not permitted*. This policy applies to all products and services offered on the Digitory platform, including but not limited to:

* Software subscriptions
* Platform modules or add-ons
* Setup and onboarding services
* One-time configuration fees

Our services are provisioned and customized immediately upon payment, which makes cancellations operationally infeasible.

Exceptions (If Any)

Digitory may consider exceptions only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment due to a technical glitch

All exception requests must be submitted to [email protected] within *24 hours of the transaction*. Approval is subject to internal review and not guaranteed.
